Principal Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced engineer to spearhead complex projects and provide expert technical guidance. In this role, you'll integrate your knowledge across Equipment, Process, and Device domains to drive innovation and excellence. Your leadership will be pivotal in troubleshooting, implementing new processes, and mentoring a team to meet and exceed project goals.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 2 years as a Manufacturing Engineer III, or 7 years in engineering within manufacturing; or

Master's degree in a technical field with 2 years as a Manufacturing Engineer III, or 6 years in engineering within manufacturing; or

PhD in a technical field with 2 years as a Manufacturing Engineer III, or 5 years in engineering within manufacturing. Required Skills:

Proven leadership in managing large, complex projects.

Recognized subject matter expert across multiple sites.

Strong risk management in manufacturing settings.

Excellent technical presentation abilities.

Ability to guide projects through CMS processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Act as a subject matter expert and lead in procedural standard setting and root cause analysis.

Identify and implement improvement priorities effectively.

Potentially manage a team of technicians.

Lead complex projects or technical teams across functions or sites.

Evaluate, install, and qualify new equipment.

Provide mentorship to junior engineers and oversee project development.

Develop and deliver training programs for engineers and production associates.

Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external suppliers.

Ensure adherence to safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

Domestic and international travel may be required.
