Our client has been in the general contracting, design build and construction management business for over 60 years. A successful candidate will possess the following:

· 3-5 construction management experience

· Background in commercial construction

· 4-year degree in construction management or equivalent experience

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with site personnel, administration, and customers

Salary Range: 90-100K
