Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while leading a support team to ensure high performance and reliability.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in WordPress, PHP, and ReactJS, with strong leadership and collaboration skills. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using WordPress, PHP (Laravel or Core), and ReactJS.
Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
Optimize performance across front-end and back-end components.
Utilize JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI development.
Learn and support COTS and SaaS applications.
Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
Demonstrate a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile, and Sprint programs.
Coordinate with Application and Platform teams, provide Hyper-Care support, performance optimization, and Unit Test & Integration test support.
Mentor and support colleagues and L2 teams for L3 technical delivery.
Manage service SLAs, including availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs.
Perform client-facing responsibilities at the customer location or remotely.
Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability. Requirement/Must Have:
8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
Strong proficiency in WordPress (custom themes, plugins, REST API).
Proficiency in PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP).
Experience in ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, component-based architecture).
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for responsive UI development.
Experience with MySQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
Proven experience in leading support or development teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
