What You’ll Do
• Program CNC machines (mills, lathes, and multi-axis equipment) using CAD/CAM software to support production needs.
• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs to improve efficiency, quality, and cycle times.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, machining, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Perform tooling selection, setup instructions, and process documentation.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement projects.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment (preferred: metalworking, molds, or precision machining).
• Experience with Siemens NX is welcome and preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar).
• Strong understanding of G-code, CNC operations, and machining practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
What Will Set You Apart
• Experience with multi-axis programming (4-axis or 5-axis).
• Knowledge of mold manufacturing or tire mold machining.
• Experience optimizing programs for efficiency and tool life.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 environments.
• Strong background in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or process optimization.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or vocational training in machining or CNC technology preferred.
•3+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
•Proficiency with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, Siemens NX, or similar.
•Strong understanding of G-code, machining processes, tooling, speeds/feeds, and setup practices.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
•Strong math, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
•Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet production deadlines.
•Must follow all safety, quality, and company procedures, including ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.
•Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
