Requirements:

Design, create, and modify PLC ladder logic programs for semi-automatic electro-pneumatic assembly machines.

Experience with Allen Bradley and Productivity PLCs preferred.

Integrate and troubleshoot proximity, photoelectric, and vision sensors for component detection.

Develop and implement HMI screens to guide operators through the full assembly process.

Program systems to read and print barcodes for product tracking and quality control

Ability to work with various sensor technologies.

Strong understanding of electro-pneumatic systems.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
