Position Overview:

We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in a skilled nursing setting. This flexible role is ideal for therapists who want to make an impact while maintaining control over their schedule.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients to improve independence and functional abilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Document patient progress accurately and according to facility standards

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Active Ohio OT license

Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills

Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred, but not required
