Resident Care Director – Assisted Living & Memory Care
Location: The Woodlands, TX
Company: Sundale Senior Living of The Woodlands
Salary: $90,000
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday with on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage caregivers, med techs, CNAs, and overnight care staff
Oversee care assessments, service plans, and medication administration
Maintain compliance with all HHSC, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations
Organize, track, and follow through on family communication, staff issues, and task execution
Hire, train, schedule, and develop the care team
Participate in stand-ups, MOD coverage, audits, and team planning
Promote a culture of accountability, resident dignity, and proactive care
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2+ years in a leadership role in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care
Demonstrated strengths in communication, delegation, and organization
Able to follow through on incidents, audits, and family concerns with structure
Tech-savvy with experience in EMAR/EHR (we use August Health)
LVN license is preferred
Familiar with Texas HHSC regulatory standards
