Position Overview

The General Manager leads all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, and team culture. Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Oversee daily operations including scheduling, labor management, and food/beverage execution.

Drive sales and profitability through smart operational decisions and creative local marketing.

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that embodies the companys culture and values.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

Manage budgets, P&L, and performance metrics to achieve operational and financial goals.

Foster a positive work environment where feedback, recognition, and growth are encouraged.

What Were Looking For

3+ years of experience as a General Manager or multi-unit leader in casual dining or fast-casual.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain a strong team.

A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and building community.

Strong business acumen with a focus on operational excellence and profitability.

Hands-on leadership style willing to jump in wherever needed.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
