About the Role

As a representative, you’ll be the face of our brand, working with customers in person, building strong relationships, and driving sales success. We provide training, mentorship, and a clear career path you bring the drive to succeed.
Responsibilities
Represent our brand at retail locations, community events, and in-person promotions
Greet customers, explain products and services, and recommend solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and answer questions with confidence
Meet and exceed sales targets with support from your team and leadership
Gather customer feedback and report insights for improvement
Qualifications
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required for travel)
Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills
Goal-oriented, coachable, and ready to learn
Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required
Professional appearance and reliable work ethic
Compensation & Benefits
$55,000 – $70,000 per year + uncapped commission
