Job Description:

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Crew Member to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help with day-to-day landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, blowing, mulching, planting, and other maintenance and project services for residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing. (training provided)

Assist with landscaping projects including planting, mulching, and small installations. (training provided)

Maintain clean and organized job sites.

Follow directions and work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently.

Operate basic landscaping equipment safely and responsibly (training provided).

Communicate respectfully with team members and clients as needed.

Requirements:

Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Humble attitude, reliable, and ready to work hard.

Able to speak some English and follow instructions.

Physically able to work outdoors in different weather conditions.

Valid driver’s license is required.

Must be loyal, respectful, and motivated to build a long-term role on the team.
