About the Role

NRI Staffing Resources is hiring CSR Payment Processors for our new client in Fairfax, VA. This role is ideal for customer service professionals who excel in a fast-paced call center environment and are committed to delivering accurate, efficient, and friendly support. After completing two weeks of paid virtual training, team members will transition to full-time onsite work. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term growth after 600 hours of successful performance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, professional manner.

Assist customers by providing accurate information about available services and payment processes.

Process payments, verify information, and maintain compliance with all financial handling protocols.

Schedule, confirm, and update client appointments based on service needs.

Maintain organized and accurate client data, call logs, and transaction records.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call quality, accuracy, and productivity.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in basic computer operations, including data entry and navigating multiple systems.

Strong customer service orientation with a positive, solution-focused approach.

Attention to detail, accuracy in payment handling, and adherence to process and compliance rules.

Ability to work in a structured, performance-driven call center environment.
