WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will perform a variety of mechanical production assembly work to construct, package, or repair all types of clutch shift (CS) PTOs. Adjusts work-orders, maintains inventory accuracy in the area, monitors work orders for accuracy, and ensures area is kept clean and organized. Assists in distribution as needed to pull material.
Perform assembly and sub-assembly work using basic hand tools
Interpret blueprints to construct products
Maintain daily assembly requirements
Perform final product testing
Lift and move light weight to heavy weight objects
Keep work area clean and orderly
Perform other duties as assigned by the distribution manager and/or lead
Must be able to secure and retain a forklift license
YOUR EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Good mechanical aptitude
Ability to use basic hand tools
Knowledge of metric dimensions
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Flexibility to effectively adapt to changing conditions and job assignments
Ability to work well with others
