Orientation will be December 19 at 8am

Coverage: Call Only, newborn nursery Requirements:

Active, unrestricted MI License

Clean DEA, Cs3, and NPDB (no current suits or active cases)

BC/BE Pediatrician

3 Professional References that have worked with provider within 18 month

Case Logs

Volume: 0-2 babies in the nursery at a time

Travel & Lodging provided

Malpractice Insurance provided
