The Head of Retail Media is responsible for developing, managing, executing, and optimizing the Retail Media Network (RMN) within PEP. They will oversee all commercial and sales targets to increase profitability, optimize the network, and build lasting relationships with endemic and non-endemic advertisers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Development: Lead the development of comprehensive and long term retail media multi-year strategies and create the vision and roadmap for the business.
Commercial Success: Manage the Retail Media Network P&L (full income statement) and drive revenue growth, operating margin, and cost management targets.
Team Leadership: Build, operationalize, and mentor a team of specialists, including relationship managers, planners, and sales representatives, to drive RMN success.
Partnership Management: Build relationships among PEPs, advertisers, and partners to deliver mutual value and negotiate contracts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, including IT, Systems, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Merchandise at an Executive and senior level to enable the RMN strategy.
Performance Analysis: Use data analysis to identify new revenue opportunities, prioritize major sales drivers, and report on key projects and commercials to cross-functional teams.
Asset Management: Review and develop RMN assets to maximize sales and customer experience while managing 3rd party technology and service providers.
Stakeholder Management: Upskill the business in understanding Retail Media and the value it brings, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning.
