Overview:

Required Skills:
Proven experience in laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration
Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
Knowledge of laboratory safety standards and compliance regulations
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in documentation and reporting of maintenance activities
Fluency in English; French language skills are highly desirable
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., pharma, biotech, or healthcare)
Knowledge of specific lab equipment brands and models
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in lab equipment maintenance or a similar role
Other Requirements:
Fluent communication skills in French are expected given the location
Willingness to work full-time on-site
Ability to adhere to safety and compliance standards at all times
