Job Description

1. 安全政策制定與執行

- 制定並更新公司工業安全政策 確保符合國家和地方法規

- 監督安全政策的執行 確保所有部門遵守相關規範

2. 風險評估與管理

- 定期進行安全風險評估 識別潛在危險源

- 制定風險控制措施 並監督其實施效果

3. 安全培訓與教育

- 設計並實施安全培訓計劃 提升員工的安全意識和技能

- 組織定期的安全演練 確保員工熟悉應急處理流程

4. 安全事故調查與報告

- 針對發生的安全事故進行調查 找出根本原因

- 制定並實施改進措施 防止類似事故再次發生

5. 跨部門協作

- 與生產 工程 品質等部門合作 確保安全措施在各環節的落實

- 提供專業建議 協助其他部門解決安全相關問題

6. 團隊管理與發展

- 負責工業安全團隊的日常管理 確保團隊高效運作

- 進行團隊成員的績效考核和職涯發展指導 激勵團隊提出創新想法
