Your job is to connect with these members, guide them through their options, and help them choose the programs that best fit their families’ needs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and confirm appointment times

Meet with members via phone or virtual sessions

Clearly explain benefit programs in easy-to-understand language

Assist clients with digital forms and applications

Keep accurate records and provide follow-up communication as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer proficiency

Professional work ethic and reliability

Effective time-management skills
