Job Description
As a Project Executive, you will:
Provide executive oversight for multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality goals
Lead contract negotiations and manage risk across all phases of the project
Mentor Project Managers and Superintendents, fostering professional growth and team development
Drive business development efforts, including proposal reviews and presentations
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for profitability

The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates will bring:
Strong experience leading large scale commercial construction as a Project Executive
Proven success managing multiple projects and client relationships
Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and financial management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Experience in healthcare, education, or corporate interiors a plus
