Plan, coordinate, and execute public-sector projects ranging from $1M-$20M in value
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication with precision
Ensure compliance with public bidding processes, regulations, and reporting requirements
Collaborate with superintendents, design teams, and stakeholders to drive performance
Serve as the client-facing leader, ensuring satisfaction and repeat partnerships

The Successful Applicant
A successful Public Project Project Manager should have:
5+ years of experience managing construction projects, ideally in public-sector or institutional work
Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
Familiarity with public bidding, compliance, and reporting requirements preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Thrives in environments where transparency, accountability, and community impact are key
