Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and execute projects such as warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and commercial spaces
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication with precision
Serve as the key liaison between clients, design teams, and field staff
Drive performance by proactively resolving challenges and maintaining momentum
Lead projects that are both technically complex and highly visible in the community

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
5+ years of experience managing construction projects, ideally in light industrial or commercial sectors
Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
Familiarity with tilt-up, PEMB, or interior renovation projects preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Thrives in dynamic environments where innovation and client trust are key
