Full Stack Lead (WordPress, PHP, React.JS)

Pay Range: $64hr - $67hr

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using WordPress, PHP, and ReactJS.

Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.

Optimize performance across front-end and back-end components.

Utilize JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic and responsive UI development.

Learn and support COTS and SaaS applications.

Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries.

Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

Apply SDLC, CI/CD, Agile, and Sprint methodologies.

Coordinate with application and platform teams, ensuring performance optimization and testing support.

Mentor colleagues and L2 team members for L3 technical delivery.

Manage service SLAs, including proactive monitoring and incident resolution.

Handle strong client-facing responsibilities onsite or remotely.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.

Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability. Requirement/Must Have:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience:

8+ years of experience in full stack development.

Proven experience in leading support or development teams. Skills:

WordPress including custom themes, plugins, and REST API.

PHP including Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP.

ReactJS including Hooks, Redux, and component-based architecture.

JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic UI development.

MySQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with cloud platforms.
