Job Type: 3rd Shift Full-Time located in Sullivan Illinois Salary: Commensurate with experience + biannual bonus Benefits: For Benefits and Pay Range Core Responsibilities of our Production Supervisor: * Ability to build, inspire, motivate and mentor employees.

* Ensuring safety, quality and productivity goals.

* Role reports to Production Superintendent.

* Supervising Production Department.

* Set expectations and priorities for operators.

* Coordinate activities for the team to ensure safety, quality and productivity of production.

* Ensure all production resources are utilized to meet the expectations of department needs.

* Monitor work skills and certifications of operators to ensure a qualified well-trained work group.

* Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent four-year college or technical school and/or 4 or more year's related experience and /or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience * Technical or mechanical aptitude is a plus
