About Our Client
Our client is a well-established, full-service general contracting firm based in Central Ohio, with a long history of delivering high-quality construction across a diverse set of markets including multifamily, mixed-use, affordable/tax-credit housing, senior living, commercial and institutional projects. They are also an ESOP owned company.
Job Description
Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and standards.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Maintain compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager - Multifamily Construction should have:
A strong background in the construction industry, particularly in multifamily projects.
Proven project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities to manage project teams and stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
