Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering warm, clear, timely communication. Guiding them through onboarding, digital access, account changes, and documentation.

Manage account openings, transfers, funding, and cashiering with precision in Schwab Advisor Center. Support life-event service needs (beneficiary updates, distributions, restructuring).

Process wires, journals, checks, deposits, redemptions â ensuring flawless accuracy. Track all transfers, transitions, and outstanding items to completion with proactive follow-through.

Handle alternative investment workflows, subscription docs, approvals, capital calls, and distributions. Prepare client reports, meeting materials, summaries, and follow-up documentation while maintain CRM integrity.

Partner closely with advisors on schedules, workflows, prep, and meeting support.

Contribute to firm initiatives that strengthen operations, culture, and the client experience. What Weâ re Looking For:

5+ years of wealth-management or high-net-worth client service experience.

Polished communicator who handles sensitive situations with warmth, clarity, and calm who values integrity, consistency and delivering excellence at every turn.

High organization skills with comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

A proactive, dependable, service-minded professional who anticipates needs before being asked with meticulous attention to details.
