Support national recruiters filling IMC Companies driver hiring needs.
Job Description: * Work with National Recruiting team to support their efforts to source, recruit and qualify applicants.
* Make outbound and answer incoming calls as needed to gather documentation from applicants.
Contact other carriers to verify applicants driving experience.
* Process applicants to Qualified Pending by Safety Risk Management.
* Track and update all applicants in Tenstreet platform.
* Ensure applicants qualify and meet SRM criteria based on information from application, 3rd party qualifying reports and VOPEs.
* Responsible for verifying applicants previous driving experience as part of driver qualification.
* Reduce time safety spends reviewing applications by consistently providing quality applicant files.
* Manage time efficiently to qualify applicants in Tenstreet Applicant Tracking System.
Job Requirements: * Experience in Customer Service or Call Center setting desirable * Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA Regulations a benefit * Strong communication skills * Ability to prioritize and manage time well * Capacity to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
