Pay $19/hr

(Must have previous Rubber experience)

Job Summary:

The Press Operator safely and efficiently operates press line machinery to produce high-quality products. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, monitoring production, performing quality checks, and handling basic troubleshooting and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup & Operation:

Set up press line machinery, including dies and tooling.

Operate equipment, feed materials, adjust settings, and ensure proper alignment, pressure, and speed.

Perform start-up and shutdown procedures.

Monitoring & Quality Control:

Monitor machine performance and address deviations.

Perform dimensional, visual, and functional quality checks.

Document results and report defects; adjust equipment as needed.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Conduct routine cleaning, lubrication, and inspections.

Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.

Report major maintenance needs or equipment failures.
