Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python)

Job Description

ComResource is looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python).

We need someone to assist in designing and implementing full-stack features for a SaaS platform while providing technical leadership, code quality, and architectural direction.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop complex systems and features

Lead and mentor engineering teams

Participate in architecture discussions and design decisions

Conduct code reviews and ensure standards

Translate UI and product requirements into performant APIs

Work with Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and modern cloud environments

Essentials:

Python 3.11+ expertise, with modern language idioms

Django, ORM, templates, and familiarity with Django Ninja/Pydantic

API design with OpenAPI specifications

PostgreSQL experience (JSON fields, full-text search, constraints)

Strong understanding of multi-process architecture and threading

Cloud, distributed systems, and microservices experience

Experience integrating AI tools and frameworks

Strong problem-solving and mentoring ability

Desired:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Flask or similar framework familiarity
