What You’ll Do:

Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support warehouse operations

Check in drivers and coordinate arrivals and departures efficiently

Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth operations

Utilize excel and Warehouse Management System (WMS) daily

Accurately input, track, and verify data

Work independently while taking direction and following specific instructions

What We’re Looking For:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Previous clerical experience in a warehouse or office setting

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Ability to learn and adapt to changing priorities

Comfortable working with computers; Microsoft Office experience is a plus

Strong communication skills for interacting with drivers, staff, and customers
