We are a leading Industrial partner of choice located in Pittsburgh, and we are seeking a Web Developer and Digital Marketing Specialist. Bring your digital expertise and passion to deliver our company and product message to potential and current customers and target audience.

What will I do?

Execute comprehensive digital marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns with the Marketing Manager and Project Engineer.

Company Website - Manage all technical aspects of company website utilizing the Modx platform (our current preferred CMS which is a code heavy/developer site) performing updates, functionality enhancements, and site architecture.

Apps – Develop apps with team to enhance elements like product selection and configuration

SEO - Implement and maintain technical SEO requirements and on-page optimization strategies.

Digital Marketing Analytics - Manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and comprehensive marketing analytics tracking.

AI Tools – Along with the rest of the team, leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, specialized platforms) for code optimization, data analysis, workflow automation, and marketing process enhancement.

Google Ads Campaigns - Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including search, display, and video advertising.

Social Media - Coordinate social media technical integration with other digital channels.

CRM Integration - Oversee any future CRM integration projects (currently Acumatica, potentially HubSpot integration).

Advertising Campaigns - Execute programmatic advertising campaigns in the future across Google Display network and emerging platforms

Marketing Trends – Stay current with digital marketing technology trends and best practices.

What would make you a great fit:

Bachelor’s degree (or self-taught) in Web Development, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field

The ideal candidate will possess 3-4 years of digital marketing experience with hands-on technical implementation and a subsequent portfolio of work

B2B experience, especially in a technical field, is preferred

Experience with web and app development (Modx, HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)

Google Ads certification (required – but can acquire on the job with us)

Analytics platform expertise (Google Analytics, GTM)

Proficiency with AI tools and workflow integration (required but can also learn along the way)

Ability to thrive in a lean self-directed marketing department with goals/KPIs for success measurement

Team player who can adapt to business needs, and enjoys researching new trends
