Tri-Valley Pediatrics voted Best Pediatric Practice in East Bay for many years in a row is seeking full time Medical Assistant for busy Pediatric Office with locations in Pleasanton and San Ramon. Ideal candidates have excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and work as a team member. Another essential quality is the ability to interact with children and a willingness to learn.

Pay is competitive and based on experience; compensation for ideal full time candidates will include 401k retirement benefits, paid time off, and ability to enroll in health insurance plans. Overtime is available for any work performed on the weekends, and after hours.

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner

Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff

Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures

Escort patients to exam rooms

Entering information in electronic Medical record.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields

Familiarity with Epic EMR a plus but not required.

Strong organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
