Customer Service Representative CSR

Job Description

Llano National Bank is seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team at our new branch opening in Marble Falls, Texas. These individuals will be responsible for opening, closing and providing maintenance of new and existing customer accounts, processing various teller transactions and servicing loan customers as directed. The ideal candidates for this role will be able to handle various responsibilities in their day-to-day operations, be punctual and dependable, treat the bank's customers with the utmost respect and service and be team players!.

Objectives and Responsibilities of this role include:

Provide setup and support for new accounts, online banking, debit cards and other services

Handle monetary transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, safe deposit box payments and loan payments

Educating customers in the products and services we offer

Assisting with support of loan customers and accounts

Performing Teller duties by participating in the Saturday drive-thru rotation

Working where needed within the branch

Reporting to the Branch Manager

Required skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic math and computer skills

Cash-handling experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills
