We’re looking for a hands-on Production Machine Operator to join a small team working with lapping, polishing, and edge-grinding equipment. This is a great role for someone who likes detailed, steady work and wants to build skills in a precision manufacturing environment. Full training provided.

What You’ll Do

Operate lapping, polishing, and edge-grinding machines

Follow process steps to meet customer specifications

Inspect parts using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.)

Read job travelers and basic technical drawings

Confirm materials, quantities, and job requirements are correct

Keep work accurate, organized, and within tolerance

Meet daily production and quality goals

What You Need

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Good attention to detail

Basic comfort with measuring tools (we will train)

Reliable, team-oriented work style

Laser operator experience is a plus but not requiredCompany Description
