About the Role

We’re hiring PCB Soldering Technicians to perform high-quality soldering on printed circuit boards and complex assemblies. This role requires precision, adherence to standards, and attention to detail to ensure products meet engineering and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Perform soldering on SMT, thru-hole, jumper wire, micro-soldering, and hand-soldering.

Inspect and verify proper component placement, polarity, and solder quality.

Rework and repair PCB assemblies as needed.

Document production logs and defect data accurately.

Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

2+ years of PCB soldering experience (SMT & thru-hole).

Knowledge of IPC/J-STD standards required.

IPC-610 and J-STD-001 certification preferred.

Ability to solder under a microscope with precision.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
