This isn't your typical "Buyers Agent" position, either. You won't be spinning your wheels with cold calls, struggling to grow someone else's business. You will receive inbound leads DAILY so you can focus on what you do best - selling homes! In fact, Agents should expect to close a minimum of 24-36 team-provided deals in their first year of selling with Nikki!

Agents will be provided with all the systems and tools necessary to succeed at the highest levels in the industry while learning first-hand how Nikki herself has built her empire! You'll also receive weekly coaching and hands-on support in every step of your transactions.

Who we're looking for:

Candidates must have one year of real estate experience and possess the following skills:

-Have a real estate license in VA

-Outgoing and people oriented
