Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor slitting equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ensure product quality by performing visual inspections and maintaining high attention to detail.

Follow cGMP, ISO, and safety standards at all times.

Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment and process issues to maintain production efficiency.

Maintain accurate production and yield documentation.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth shift transitions.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment.

High School Diploma or GED (completed and verified prior to start).

Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Reliable attendance and ability to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.

Commitment to safety and adherence to all pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience with troubleshooting, production yields, cGMP, and ISO standards preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
