We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer to machine precision components using CNC mills and related equipment. If you enjoy producing tight-tolerance parts and improving machining processes, this is a strong fit.

What You’ll Do

Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts

Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines for each job

Interpret CAD drawings, blueprints, and SolidWorks models

Perform minor machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues

Use hand tools and measurement tools to verify accuracy

Collaborate with engineering to improve tooling and machining methods

Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures

Program CNC machines as required

What You Need

Proven CNC machining experience

CNC programming proficiency (G-code required)

Ability to work with tight tolerances

Familiarity with CAD (SolidWorks preferred)

Strong understanding of machining, milling, and turning

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with hand tools, power tools, and tooling setupsCompany Description
