This role is designed for fully licensed mental health professionals who want to launch or expand a private practice while increasing accessibility for clients seeking affordable care. Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional mental health counseling services to clients in a virtual setting.

Utilize integrated digital tools for scheduling, secure messaging, assessments, and documentation.

Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and ethical standards.

Support client access to care by accepting insurance through streamlined credentialing and verification processes.

Build a sustainable practice by participating in reliable payment cycles and utilizing available administrative resources.

Engage in ongoing professional development through complimentary continuing-education coursework.

Requirements

Active, unrestricted licensure at the Master’s level or above as a Professional Counselor (e.g., LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S; accepted based on state regulations).

Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Current malpractice insurance.

Commitment to providing inclusive, ethical, client-centered mental health services.

Fully licensed status (provisional or incomplete licensure is not supported).

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in starting a new private practice or expanding an existing one.

Experience working with insured clients or navigating insurance systems (not required; support is provided).
