We are currently searching to hire an Energy Trader to be responsible for the end to end power trading, including analysis & scheduling, as well as trade execution. Special emphasis is placed on programming, data management and analytical skills.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες Ρόλου

During your day you will:

Develop the necessary trading support tools

Maintain the relevant databases and suggest improvements in forecasting models and trading tools

Provide timely and accurate scheduling of power flows on all relevant markets

Analyze the energy market and products, identifying and proposing trading opportunities

Execute trades in all relevant markets, following the Code of Conduct and Trading Manual procedures

Ensure correct execution of trades/schedules

Update the relevant deal monitoring platform on a timely manner

Build rapport with market stakeholders, such as trading, counterparties, brokers, and relevant authorities

Κύρια Προσόντα

What you need to stand out:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Mathematics/ Statistics or other related discipline

Master’s degree in Science or other related field with strong quantitative skills will be preferred

At least 2 years of professional trading and data modelling experience

Prior experience in financial power trading, options, CO2, Gas will be considered a plus

Knowledge of programming languages especially Python is considered a prerequisite

Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)

Proficient use of MS Office tools

Flexibility working in shifts
