Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day general ledger activities and all aspects of the month-end close process
Ensure team deadlines are met in accordance with the month-end close process and financial reporting requirements are met in accordance with standard operating procedures
Assign and manage account reconciliations/analysis for balance sheet and income statement accounts
Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior management
Provide training, support and coaching for direct reports to establish goals, objectives and advise on the professional development of staff.
Ad hoc projects as necessary Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, CPA preferred
6+ years of progressive accounting experience, 2+ years of management experience preferred
Extensive knowledge of accounting and financial processes (forecasting & budgeting, financial closures, reporting.)
Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
