Senior Full Stack Engineer – Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid)

We’re helping our client find an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong Java and AWS skills to join their Lake Mary team! This hybrid role requires a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. If you enjoy designing and developing scalable full-stack solutions and working with cross-functional teams, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Collaborate with Product, Business Operations, and clients to understand requirements Design and implement scalable full-stack applications and APIs

Develop responsive, user-friendly React frontend interfaces

Build robust backend services with comprehensive test coverage

Optimize database performance and manage complex data relationships

Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS

Write and maintain automated unit and integration tests

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making

Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards

What We’re Looking For:

8+ years of software development experience

Expertise in **Java** (or Scala, Kotlin, C#, TypeScript)

Frontend development experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

Advanced SQL skills with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)

Hands-on experience with core AWS services (EC2/ECS, S3, CloudFront, ELB, IAM)

Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture

Strong understanding of software engineering best practices

Experience with automated unit and integration testing

Preferred: Terraform, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, high-traffic production environments
