Workshop Manager/Supervisor

Bigstruqtive Holding is seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Kempton Park.

We’re looking for someone who can lead with confidence, ensure efficiency, and maintain high standards of workmanship across all workshop operations.

Location: Kempton Park Position Type: Contract Start Date: As soon as possible Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage daily workshop operations • Supervise staff and ensure productivity and safety standards are met • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and workflow scheduling • Manage stock control, tools, and equipment maintenance • Ensure quality control and timely job completion Requirements: • Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or Supervisor • Strong leadership and communication skills • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities • Technical or mechanical background (advantageous) Please send your resume/CV
