Looking to start a career in advanced manufacturing with no experience required? Columbus State Community College is recruiting for our WorkAdvance: Manufacturing & Production Training Programan 8-week, hands-on pathway that prepares you for entry-level roles with real employer demand in Central Ohio.

Graduates are connected to local employers immediately after program completion.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent (required) or testing may be required

Must be 18 years or older by program start date

Ability to attend all evening classes (3x per week for 8 weeks)

Interest in starting a career in manufacturing

Willingness to work in a hands-on, team-based environment

Compensation details: 18-26 Hourly Wage
