QA Analyst

QA Analyst (Fulltime-Onsite; Monday to Friday/ 9 to 5)

Work location: Surabaya, East Java

Reporting to QA Supervisor

Job Description:

Oversee quality assurance for golf bags, luggage, and accessory items (including gloves) throughout the production cycle.

Perform in-line inspections to monitor production quality and identify potential issues early in the process.

Conduct final inspections to ensure all finished goods meet required specifications, standards, and client expectations.

Implement and maintain a process-driven approach to quality control, ensuring consistency and adherence to SOPs and quality guidelines.

Develop, implement, and follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAP) based on inspection findings.

Conduct root cause analysis for defects or non-conformities and collaborate with suppliers to eliminate recurring issues.

Manage and evaluate monthly supplier performance, including quality assessments, improvement tracking, and compliance reviews.

Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement in production and quality performance.

Maintain accurate inspection reports, CAP documentation, and quality-related records for internal review and client reference.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent in any field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a QA Analyst, with at least 2 years of prior experience in similar product (just bags/backpack is good, for sports even better).

Experience in quality system/ QMS, inline & final inspection

High-level QA specialist.

Bags-related QA experience, Sports goods background preferred.

Basic English comprehension (verbal and written) is necessary.
