We are looking for a Destination Planning Associate to help travelers explore destination options and prepare trip plans remotely. This role suits someone who enjoys research, coordination, and offering friendly support throughout the planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in comparing options and trip ideas

Support booking coordination as needed

Communicate with clients to provide information and updates

Share travel documentation and confirmations

Maintain accuracy in planning details

Comfortable using online systems

Self-motivated and reliable in a remote setting

Customer service experience helpful but not required
