" At least 10 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor s or Master s degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar field, or equivalent work experience

" Usability Analyst certification desirable

" Strong interpersonal skills and a team player

" Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

" Understanding of the trade-offs between optimum user experience and technical, information security, and business constraints, and ability to propose appropriate compromises

Experience in:

" Experience in user experience design for platforms or during platform implementation is an advantage.

" Envisioning the user experience for multiple enterprise applications with complex business needs

" Experience with Figma is important

" Connecting dots and bringing a cohesive experience across deliverables produced in different project tracks

" Managing multiple projects from a UX perspective, being responsible for adherence to standards, for the timely and quality delivery of artifacts

" Basic experience with other Prototyping tools, HTML/CSS & Photoshop is a plus

Subject matter expertise:

" In-depth knowledge of usability engineering and information architecture

" In-depth knowledge of interaction design

" High level of visual design expertise

" Broad level of understanding of information systems and application development methodologies

" Systems, application development methodologies, emerging tech
