CDL-A Drivers Annapolis, MD
New Drivers Welcome • Dedicated Customer • Home Weekly • $1,300-$1,600 Weekly
Drivers in the Annapolis region now have access to a dependable dedicated route that combines steady freight, predictable home time, and a team ready to support you whether you're a new graduate or a driver refining your career path. This is a Northeast regional lane hauling no-touch freight for one customer, offering both structure and consistency week after week.
We welcome recent CDL-A graduates, and we also encourage drivers with three months or more of experience to apply for immediate solo placement. If you're brand new, we have a strong group of trainers who specialize in helping new drivers build confidence and transition safely into solo work. Training is paid weekly, and once completed, you step directly into CPM pay with a regular schedule.
Home Time
Drivers are home weekly for their 34-48 hour reset.
Some weekend availability may be required depending on freight volume.
A limited number of Tuesday-Saturday schedules are open, while all other schedules follow the standard weekly reset rhythm.
What This Position Looks Like
This role serves one dedicated customer, which means no guessing, no constant changes, and no rotating freight types. The work revolves around running predictable lanes throughout the Northeast: Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, and surrounding regions.
Routes typically run 10-12 hours per shift, and drivers handle 1-3 loads per day depending on distance and freight demand. All freight is dry van and 100% no touch, with a strong blend of drop-and-hook and live loads.
Drivers may take their tractor home during resets or leave it safely at the nearest yard whichever fits their lifestyle.
Weekly earnings average $1,300 to $1,600, depending on experience, miles, and performance.
Who Fits This Role
A valid CDL-A and medical card are required.
New graduates must have successfully completed an accredited CDL program with 120 hours and a certificate of completion.
Drivers with three months or more experience can move directly into solo operations.
Flexibility to run day or night is important, as freight schedules vary with customer demand.
Why Drivers Choose This Lane
It's consistent. It's structured. It's predictable.
The freight doesn't bounce between customers and the weekly reset keeps your schedule stable. You're not running across 48 states or sitting in long lines waiting to unload. Instead, you have a straightforward regional pattern with strong pay, solid home time, and a company committed to helping new drivers grow.
You'll also receive a full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and other coverage options after your standard waiting period. Weekly pay, W-2 employment, and reliable dispatch support are all part of the package.
