Serve as the first point of contact for donors and community supporters via phone, email, and written communication
Provide timely, professional, and courteous responses to inquiries and requests
Draft and send thank-you messages, acknowledgment letters, campaign updates, and event invitations
Support the planning and execution of community events, fundraising campaigns, and outreach initiatives
Maintain accurate, confidential records in CRM systems and donor databases
Monitor supporter engagement trends and assist in reporting on donor relations activities
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and development teams to ensure consistent messaging
Share ideas to enhance the donor experience and strengthen long-term relationships
Stay current with best practices in customer service and nonprofit donor relationsQualifications
Passion for community outreach, nonprofit work, or donor relations
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Friendly, professional, and clear written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and eager to take initiative
