As a Customer Service Representative at TaskUs Bulacan, you will:

Handle customer inquiries via call, chat, or email.

Deliver professional and accurate assistance on products, services, or account concerns.

Demonstrate empathy and problem-solving skills to create positive customer experiences.

Perform data verification and transaction support following company policies.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling customer information.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

With 6 months BPO experience OR 1 year of Customer-Facing experience such as:

Retail Sales Associate or Cashier (SM, Waltermart etc)

Fast-Food Crew / Barista / Waiter (Jollibee, Mcdo, SB, Coffee Bean etc)

Front Desk Officer / Receptionist (Hotel)

Bank Teller / Loan Processor / Remittance Clerk (BDO, Unionbank etc)

Store Attendant / Service Crew / Sales Agent (SM, Waltermart)

Good to Above-Average English Communication Skills

Computer literate and can multitask in various systems

Willing to work onsite in Meycauayan, Bulacan

Amenable to shifting schedule
