Connect the Dots Pediatric Therapy is seekingCertified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)to join our dynamic, close-knit team. We proudly serve children from birth to 18 years of age, providing compassionate, play-based therapy that meets each child's unique needs.

Your Role on the Team

Provide safe and effective play-based therapy to support children and families in achieving their goals.

Plan and implement one-on-one treatments based on the Plan of Care.

Collaborate with therapists across disciplines to provide holistic care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Work alongside families to ensure shared success in therapy goals.

What Were Looking For

Enthusiastic professionals prepared to start and end sessions on time with thoughtful treatment plans.

Excellent time management and communication skills.

Familiarity with Autism, Sensory Integration, and Feeding therapy (experience preferred).

Bilingual skills (a plus).

A passion for helping children and families overcome challenges through creativity and collaboration.
