Field Material Warehouse Worker (Pearland, TX)

Description

A Material Warehouse personnel plans and coordinates all material for the project site. Material Warehouse must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and must demonstrate great physical fitness. Candidate will need to have experience with different machinery/equipment to be able to move material around, take to different departments and distribute accordingly.

Loading and unloading inventory from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and production areas.

Ensuring all incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.

Managing inventory by identifying, cataloging, and recording the location of inventory.

Operating various machinery including booms, cameras, cranes, and forklifts to handle materials and inventory.

Tracking supply levels and regularly submitting purchasing recommendations

Store, count, weigh materials received

Perform cleaning duties around the yard/offices/trailers

Complying with all safety and health regulations.

Must have outstanding organizational skills

All other duties assigned by manger/supervisor

Qualifications

Understand and carry out oral instructions.

Read and carry out simple written instructions.

Read and carry out complicated written instructions.

Work at varying heights

Operate complex equipment and power tools.

Operate small equipment and power tools.

Must pass Burns & McDonnell assessments to be eligible for position

Must have 3 years of experience of Material Warehouse

This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled.
